Ultimate Level = $80/month 

    -1 book + 2 goodies* + a shirt** + tote + tumbler***

Insane Level = $125/month

    -2 books + 5 goodies* + a shirt ** + tote + tumbler***

*example of the goodies:  2 mocktail drink packets, necklace, lotion, candle, stickers, bath bombs, bookmarks, book ring, socks, lip gloss, chapstick, face mask, etc.

**Dec, Jan, Feb=sweater|Mar, Apr, May=T-shirt|June, July, Aug=Tank Top(or t-shirt)|Sept, Oct, Nov= Long Sleeve T-shirt (depending on stock, t-shirts if nothing else in stock)
