I just received my box and LOVED it!! The books were so beautifully wrapped I didn’t want to open it. When I dis I was happy with what I received! The tumbler, canvas and tote bag were awesome. Faded Pages Bookstore is everything an independent bookstore should be. Their prices are reasonable, the new location is welcoming, and the website is simple to navigate, which is apparently still a rare achievement in the modern world.
What truly sets this store apart is the personal care behind it. They support indie authors through spotlights, launch parties, and honest, thoughtful feedback. When a postal delivery error affected one of my orders, they went out of their way to make it right, even though the problem was not their fault.
The owner genuinely knows her products and is remarkably knowledgeable about books, authors, and different genres. She will give you an honest opinion rather than simply telling you what she thinks will make a sale. That kind of integrity, expertise, and dedication deserves recognition.
